Abstract

Objective To build a whole-course nursing quality evaluation system for liver transplantation in children,so as to provide a basis for nursing quality evaluation and management. 摘要] 目的构建儿童肝移植全过程护理质量评价体系，为护理质量评价与管理提供依据。方法以Donabedian的 "结构-过程-结果 "模型为理论框架，采用文献分析法、德尔菲法、层次分析法确定儿童肝移植全过程护理质量评价体系的指标内容及权重。结果 3轮基于问卷的调查显示，问卷回收率为100%，专家权威系数分别为0.95、0.96和0.98，Kendall's一致性系数分别为0.165、0.209和0.220（均P<0.05）。
