The results showed that 66 mg.L-1 treatment was a concentration that did not interfere with the survival rate of Nile tilapia, which was 86.7%. The number of leukocytes increased on the third day by the highest increase in 66 mg.L-1 treatment at 12.01 × 104 cells.mm-3. Meanwhile, erythrocytes decreased, with the highest decrease in 66 mg.L-1 treatment at 1.13 × 106 cells.mm-3.
