Abstract

Colorectal cancer (CRC) continues to be one of the most prevalent and lethal cancers worldwide. Over the past decades, immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have shown to significantly improve patient outcomes in mismatch repair-deficient metastasized CRC.
