Fifty patients with CAD and 50 healthy volunteers were genotyped for the two polymorphisms by polymerase chain reaction. Abstract
Background
Indians are known to have the highest rates of coronary artery disease (CAD), with the conventional risk factors failing to explain the increased risk.
