Abstract
The path to medical education is complex and challenging. This is particularly true for Black applicants seeking to pursue graduate medical education. These individuals encounter a multitude of challenges due to disparities in access and resources. These hurdles include difficulties in navigating the residency application process and lower matriculation rates.
