Ethics were adhered to and consent forms were signed by participants. The results indicated that sustainability was affected by top-down communication because beneficiaries were excluded in decision-making. Abstract
Rural communities rely on donor-funded support projects on poverty alleviation. The study explored the participatory communication practices in sustainable development and poverty alleviation in Lifajaneng.
