Conditions for the effective organization of naval career guidance in institutions of additional education

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема военно-морской профориентации в учреждениях дополнительного образования. Выделены условия эффективной организации данной деятельности: 1) мониторинг развития профессиональных потребностей обучающихся; 2) учёт возрастных и индивидуальных особенностей обучающихся при организации профориентационных занятий; 3) взаимодействие с родителями в профориентационной работе; 4) сетевое профориентационное взаимодействие с учреждениями и организациями. Охарактеризовано влияние данных условий на процесс военно-морской профориентации. Представлены примеры их реализации в МБОУ ДО «Детский морской центр им. Адмирала Фёдора Фёдоровича Ушакова» (г. Краснодар). The article examines the problem of naval career guidance in institutions of additional education. The conditions for the effective organization of this activity are identified: 1) monitoring the development of professional needs of students; 2) taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students when organizing career guidance classes; 3) interaction with parents in career guidance work; 4) network career guidance interaction with institutions and organizations. The influence of these conditions on the process of naval career guidance is characterized. Examples of their implementation are presented at the MBOU DO “Children's Marine Center named after. Admiral Fedor Fedorovich Ushakov" (Krasnodar).
