Methodological support for the professional progress of teachers in the conditions of the internship sites

Abstract

В современных реалиях классическая модель методического сопровождения педагогов требует модернизации в части пересмотра имеющихся форматов методического сопровождения на уровне муниципалитета. Одним из перспективных направлений решения данной проблемы является организация стажировочных площадок как одной из эффективных форм сопровождения профессионального роста педагогов. Статья представляет опыт МКУ «Центр развития образования» МО Тимашевский район Краснодарского края по реализации проекта «Научно-методическое сопровождение профессионального роста педагогов в условиях деятельности стажировочных площадок», выполняемого в статусе краевого ресурсного центра. Описано содержание проекта, а также особенности включения стажировочных площадок в сетевые форматы взаимодействия и их использования при построении и реализации индивидуальных образовательных маршрутов педагогов. In modern realities, the classic model of methodological support for teachers requires modernization in terms of revising the existing formats of methodological support at the municipal level. One of the promising directions for solving this problem is the organization of internship sites as one of the effective forms of supporting the professional growth of teachers. The article presents the experience of the MKU “Center for Educational Development” of the Timashevsky District of the Krasnodar Territory in the implementation of the project “Scientific and methodological support for the professional growth of teachers in the context of internship sites”, carried out in the status of a regional resource center. The content of the project is described, as well as the features of including internship sites in network interaction formats and their use in the construction and implementation of individual educational routes for teachers.
