To achieve that, an available random sample of (37) students was selected from the study community, where one of the secondary schools - the course system - in the Taif city was randomly selected, and five students from the study group were selected to conduct the case study after obtaining their consent to participate. The study adopted the triangulation methodology, which included three research methods, namely: The documentary descriptive approach to build the proposed educational program, the semi-experimental approach – with a single group design – to measure the effectiveness of the proposed educational program, and the case study approach to enrich the study with qualitative data that support the interpretation of quantitative findings. Quantitative study data were collected using the Cognitive Achievement Test for Modern Geographical Concepts. The quasi-codified interview questions were also used to collect qualitative data. Quantitative data were analyzed by appropriate descriptive and inferential statistical methods using the SPSS; the qualitative data of the case study were arranged and classified, while its findings were displayed in a manner based on the rooted method of qualitative data analysis. The findings of the study in its quantitative aspect disclosed the existence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01≥α) between the average scores of the study group in the pre- and post-applications of the variable adopted in the cognitive achievement test for modern geographical concepts dimensional application, in favor of the post-application. The findings also revealed a significant (high) impact of the proposed educational program, with an impact factor of (7.28). The ratio of the block coefficient of adjusted gain for the dependent variable reached (1.27), which indicates the high effectiveness of the variable dependent on the educational program. The qualitative findings also confirmed the pioneering role of the educational program in providing gifted students with modern geographical concepts, as they relate to their current reality.
