We aimed to assess the reliability and assess construct validity of each subscale in a sample of 53 nurses. <b>Methods:</b> Reliability was evaluated using coefficient alphas, item correlations, and interitem correlations. Construct validity was examined using exploratory factor analysis. <b>Results:</b> Results demonstrated that the subscales are reliable and valid. Coefficient alphas for the ROTJ-Y and ROTJ-L were .93 and .91, respectively.
