Abstract
Cerebral amyloid angiopathy‐related inflammation (CAARI) represents a rare, more aggressive, yet clinically and radiologically distinct manifestation of cerebral amyloid angiopathy. Here, the authors describe a case of a patient in their 80s with dementia who presented with a loss of consciousness event likely related to a seizure.
