However, the problem of excessive consumption of spectrum resources brought about by the rapid increase in communication rate has been continuously magnified. The article first analyzes the existing heterogeneous cellular network architecture scheme, and describes a new cognitive heterogeneous cellular network scenario based on this. According to the described characteristics of the network scene, a network resource management scheme that conforms to this scene is studied. It can use mathematical optimization theory to re-model and analyze the above-mentioned scenarios and resource management schemes, and propose a resource allocation algorithm (optimization algorithm) to realize the effective allocation of network resources. Abstract

The rise of personal terminal devices provides users with a wide variety of application experiences, which not only promotes the rapid rise of the wireless communication industry, but also accelerates the pace of technological innovation in the communication field.
