They include pain, drainage, bleeding, difficulty with hygiene and may cause secondary difficulties with sexual and defecatory dysfunction. Abstract
Perianal Crohn's disease (CD) includes a wide range of nonfistulizing sequela, including fissures and ulcers, skin tags, anal stricture, and anal cancer.
