In this case series, all three patients presented with asymptomatic symmetrical thick raised dark brown skin lesions with rough surface on flexural surface of wrists and dorsum of hands and feet. Palms and soles were spared in all three patients. White maceration and swelling of skin lesions were noticed after soaking in water. Abstract
