Abstract
The empoascine genus Okubasca Dworakowska is reviewed based on specimens from China. One new species, O. wuningensis Zhang & Xu, sp. nov. is described from Jiangxi in South China. An identification key to all species in the genus is provided. Empoascini associated with kiwi orchards in China are also discussed.
