Abstract

The paper presents analysis of influence of change of physical parameters such as: temperature, friction coefficient and load, during the process of die forging. Optimization of the process effects in achieving high quality products, decreasing shaping resistance, and what follows – lower energy consumption. Temperature is the basic factor affecting the process of plastic working. Analyzing that influence in individual die fragments, allows to engineer the flow of shaped material.
