To achieve the aim of the research, means must be available to measure the administrative obstacles facing the Department of Student Activities at Al-Mustansiriya University Therefore, the scientific foundations of the scale were extracted. \nThe measure of administrative obstacles facing the Department of Student Activities at Al-Mustansiriya University consisted of 38 items distributed over four fields, and after verifying the validity and stability of the measure, the researcher applied it in the final form with its paragraphs on his research sample using statistical methods, using the statistical analysis program (SPSS). Abstract

The research aims to build a measure of the administrative obstacles facing the Department of Student Activities at Al-Mustansiriya University. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach because it is compatible with the research problem and its objectives. The researcher chose the research community through an intentional method.
