Abstract

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a complex autoimmune disorder with multifactorial interactions among various susceptibility factors. Significant strides have been made in under-standing the pathogenesis of SLE, leading to the development of targeted therapies and the exploration of alternative treatments. The approval of new therapies has expanded patient treatment options, and ongoing clinical trials promise to enhance the treatment landscape fur-ther. The articles that appear in CRI are mostly obtained by invitations to active investigators. But the journal will also consider proposals from the scientific community.
