The interdiffusion coefficients inferred from the HitDIC software and the ones calculated by the Matano-Kirkaldy method achieved good agreement. This demonstrates the reliability and rationality of the evaluated interdiffusion coefficients. Abstract

Establishing a Ni–Ti–V system diffusion kinetics database contributes to a better understanding of the precipitation processes in shape memory alloys.
