Abstract
Uncommon presentations of granulomatous salpingitis are pseudoxanthoma salpingitis (PSX) and xanthogranulomatous salpingitis (XGS). The clinical features and image modalities can mimic ovarian malignancy. Thus, a proper pre-operative evaluation of this entity is vital to avoid radical treatment.
