Opportunistic clinician feedback was collected to determine single PROM usefulness and acceptability. Our 4-month initiative demonstrated increased collection of a PROM, the Patient-Specific Functional Scale (PSFS), and incorporation into patient-centered goal. Use of QI methodology was beneficial when planning and executing our initiative.
