The platform can measure over 100 proteins and either hundreds of targeted genes or the whole transcriptome, on a cell-by-cell basis. It is currently one of the most powerful technologies available for immune monitoring. Here, we describe the technology platform (which includes CITE-Seq, REAP-Seq, and AbSeq), provide guidance for its optimization, and discuss advantages and limitations.
