The combination manner of the proposed method is based on the harmonic distortion rate of the stator current, a modulation mode with a higher carrier wave ratio is adopted within the maximum switching frequency allowed by the system, the switching angle from optimized synchronous modulation also is introduced. In order to solve the problem of current impact caused by switching different modulation modes, the switching strategy between different modulation modes is developed from the perspective of harmonic current. And the sectors are redivided for the problem of sudden change in carrier wave ratio during switching, which improve the control effect of permanent‐magnet synchronous wind generator when changing the modulations modes. Abstract

A switching‐angle‐based hybrid modulation method of full wind speed and low carrier wave ratio for direct‐drive permanent‐magnet wind power generation system is proposed here, which order to improve the control performance of wind turbines in the full wind speed range. 本文提出了一种基于开关角度的全风速低载波比混合调制方法,用于直驱永磁风力发电系统,以提高风力发电机在全风速范围内的控制性能。所提方法的组合方式以定子电流谐波畸变率为基础,在系统允许的最大开关频率范围内采用载波比更高的调制模式,并引入优化同步调制的开关角度。为了解决不同调制模式切换对电流的影响问题,从谐波电流的角度出发,制定了不同调制模式之间的切换策略。并针对切换过程中载波比突变的问题重新划分了扇区,提高了永磁同步风力发电机在切换调制模式时的控制效果。最后,通过理论分析和仿真验证了所提方法的可行性和正确性。
