Abstract

The wind sieve cleaner is widely used in the screening system of combine harvesters due to its compact structure and efficient screening capability. In order to study more deeply the feeding load distribution of the combine harvester and the influence of the airflow field on the clearing effect, a mechanical analysis method was adopted to analyze the dynamics of the material in the inclined airflow, and a kinetic model was established. At the same time, the motion state of the material in the airflow field was explored, and combined with the actual orthogonal test, the response surface model of factors and indicators was established. Experimental validation was carried out.
