Abstract

Publication of various clinical studies or trials is very important to researchers, colleges and countries due to various reasons. Medical teachers get promotion on the basis of their teaching experience as well as their research profile and publications. Time to time MCI/NMC issue guidelines for faculty qualification for various post and their future promotions. There was lack of clarity and several temporary indexed journals published articles with higher Article processing charge without any peer review processed.
