Abstract
As I write this column (today is 1 March 2024) and as many readers are probably aware, Esri is formally retiring ArcGIS Desktop (i. e., ArcMap). Retirement for ArcMap means that, there will be no new releases, i.e.no ArcGIS Desktop 10.9, and the ArcGIS Desktop Product Life Cycle will
