Immediate explantation for nerve decompression is essential combined with supportive analgesic and antiphlogistic medication. Abstract
The following case report presents a 37-year old male patient who was referred for an emergency assessment due to suspected neurovascular damage of the inferior alveolar nerve following placement of two implants in the posterior left mandible.
