Abstract
Case: A 71-year-old female patient presented with severe glenoid bone loss and deformity after 2 subsequent failed arthroplasty procedures because of baseplate failures. The patients then underwent a conversion from reverse shoulder arthroplasty to hemiarthroplasty, while using a distal radius allograft to augment the deformed glenoid.
