In all comparative clinical studies, consistent results between the overall population and the Japanese population were shown.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>Our study indicated that Japanese participant enrollment in comparative clinical studies may not always be necessary for biosimilar development when certain conditions are satisfied.
