The analysis also identified key authors, research teams, journals, and studies that have made substantial contributions to the field. Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study was to conduct a bibliometric and visualization analysis of research on cochlear implantation (CI) for inner ear malformations (IEMs) from 1986 to 2024.

Methods: A comprehensive literature search was performed using the Web of Science Core Collection Database, resulting in the identification of 431 relevant publications.
