Through a comprehensive review of current research and experimentation, this investigation elucidates the role of TRP channels in psychiatric disorders. Abstract

Psychiatric disorders such as Bipolar disorder, Anxiety, Major depressive disorder, Schizophrenia, Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, as well as neurological disorders such as Migraine, are linked by the evidence of altered calcium homeostasis.
