The result of this study is that the principal in an effort to improve teacher competence which includes 1) an early year meeting to analyze teacher needs and form a program to be carried out and a year-end meeting as evaluation material. 2) Providing direction to teachers through motivation, building a comfortable atmosphere, deliberation and good communication. 3) Carry out previously agreed plans, including implementing technology guidance, making teacher training, teachers are required to teach in accordance with their fields, delegating to Teacher Working Groups (KKG), conducting classroom action research, developing a curriculum by actively involving students. Abstract

校长作为管理者在提高教师教学能力方面的领导管理能力
本研究旨在:(1)分析校长作为管理者可以提高教师能力的规划;(2)分析校长提高教师能力的方向;(3)分析校长提高教师能力的实施过程;(4)分析校长对提高教师能力的监督。本研究采用定性方法,描述了校长在提高教师教学能力方面的管理形式。采用的数据收集技术包括访谈、观察和记录。研究结果表明,校长在提高教师能力方面的努力包括:1)召开年初会议,分析教师需求,制定实施方案;召开年终会议,作为评价材料。2) 通过激励、营造舒适的氛围、商议和良好的沟通为教师指明方向。3)执行之前商定的计划,包括实施技术指导,做好教师培训,要求教师根据自己的领域进行教学,向教师工作小组(KKG)授权,开展课堂行动研究,通过让学生积极参与来开发课程。(4) 校长进行的督导包括课堂练习常规、督导、听课和评课。
