The purpose of this paper lies in illustrating how a relational leadership approach such as human-centered leadership in health care supports the synthesis of science and humanity in radiology nursing. Abstract
In the complex landscape of healthcare, the fusion of scientific expertise and compassionate human interaction is essential for fostering a patient-centered approach.
