Case Presentation
A 53-year-old woman with a history of EGFR mutation-positive stage IV lung adenocarcinoma underwent scheduled surveillance imaging. The disease was stable with osimertinib treatment for the preceding 24 months. Surveillance imaging noted new paratracheal adenopathy concerning for cancer progression. She was referred to interventional pulmonology for bronchoscopic evaluation. She provided written informed consent.
