Abstract
In a time of skyrocketing healthcare costs and understaffed counseling centers, the National Junior College Athletic Association has found an innovative, cost-effective way to improve access to quality health and wellness services for not only the student-athletes at two-year colleges but also their campus communities as a whole. This includes all students (not just student-athletes), staff, faculty, adjuncts, and international students.
