The technology under consideration represents conceptual and theoretical statements, language means of artificial intelligence, mathematical apparatus, algorithms, software, and mechanisms of machine learning, dialog communication, and the storage and processing of information, providing the solution of tasks set by the user. Abstract
This paper suggests the direction of the development of a systems approach to the development of information technology of intelligent decision-making support in the management of regional investment and construction projects.
