Abstract
A case of immotile-cilia syndrome associated with azoospermia is presented. This diagnosis is based on a typical history of bronchitis, sinusitis, situs inversus, impaired nasal mucociliary clearance and characteristic ultrastructural defect in the respiratory tract cilia and in the sperm tail.
