To obtain the deterministic solutions, some physically plausible conditions like the weak field limit for a point-like source <i>f</i> (<i>R</i>) = <i>R</i> <sup>3/2</sup> , the very well known expansion-shear scalar proportionality relation and the special form of an average scale factor are taken into account. Abstract
