Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, nursing leadership face heightened stress levels, prompting concerns for their mental well-being. While hospitals implement various strategies to foster resilience, the effectiveness of these interventions remains largely unexplored. This study aims to investigate the potential of technology-driven interventions in enhancing health behaviors and resilience among nursing management. Conducted in 2021 at a major urban hospital, the study engaged 32 nurse leaders, and found that time was a major barrier to participating and the intervention did not improve resiliency. These preliminary findings underscore the need for further research to develop impactful resilience-focused interventions in nursing leadership.
