Despite the promising prospects, challenges such as regulatory complexities, data security, and interoperability must be addressed. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic exposed the vulnerabilities of global health care systems, underscoring the need for innovative solutions to meet the demands of an aging population, workforce shortages, and rising physician burnout. In recent years, wearable technology has helped segue various medical specialties into the digital era, yet its adoption in vascular surgery remains limited.
