This introduction article represents Section 2 of the special issue reviewing eight articles that focus on the Role of Traumatic Experiences in Educator Well-Being. Collectively, these studies increase awareness of school personnel trauma experiences and make important contributions to the field. We offer lessons learned from the studies and directions for research.
