We present a case of a 77-year-old female with YNS-associated lymphedema who experienced significant symptomatic relief with subcutaneous drainage therapy, a novel intervention not previously described in YNS. Despite prior failed conventional therapies, she achieved remarkable weight loss, improved mobility, and stable biochemical parameters.
