When the hypothetical risk of recurrence mimicked ctDNA negativity, significantly less participants were accepting of adjuvant capecitabine versus no therapy. When presented with ctDNA positivity and increased recurrence risk, the degree of benefit impacted acceptability more than the toxicity profile.
