Abstract
The photoelectrochemical properties and electron energy structure of low-toxic ternary Ag–Bi–S quantum dots (QDs) with near-infrared photoresponse can be tuned by adjusting the size and chemical composition through synthesis reaction temperature control during solution-phase preparation. An optimal solar cell efficiency of 0.74% was achieved using stoichiometric AgBiS2 QDs synthesized at 150 °C. More information can be found in the Research Article by Kazutaka Akiyoshi and co-workers..
