Abstract

High-Throughput Molecular Screening SPR Biosensor

In article 2401097, Shaoping Yin, Gang L. Liu, Liping Huang, and co-workers introduce an innovative multifunctional MetaSPR biosensor equipped with 3D nanocup microarrays, designed for high-throughput molecular screening. A variety of MetaSPR biosensors and analytical detection techniques have been developed for precise subtype identification, epitope binding, affinity assessment, antibody pairing, and quantitative analysis. The results have shown that the MetaSPR biosensor serves as a cutting-edge, practical technology platform for detection.
