The control group received routine safety education, while the observation group received safety education based on the IMB model in addition to routine education. The knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to the prevention of ferromagnetic projection accidents, as well as fear scores, were compared before and after the intervention.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>A total of 90 cases in the control group and 106 cases in the observation group completed the study. Abstract
