Abstract

The combination of congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries (ccTGA), Ebstein anomaly of the systemic atrioventricular valve, and critical systemic ventricular outflow tract obstruction is extremely rare. Management of a neonate with these lesions in cardiogenic shock is quite challenging.
