Abstract

The field of robotic surgery has grown exponentially over the past few decades. Surgical robots offer numerous benefits that enhance surgical precision, improve patient outcomes, and expand the capabilities of surgeons. Telesurgery, also known as a remote surgery, is a branch of telemedicine, which offers to perform surgical procedures requiring expertise of a surgeon located at a distance from a patient by using robotic systems and telecommunications technology.
