Abstract

[基于多纳贝德三维质量结构的炎症性肠病患者持续护理质量评价指标体系的构建]。

目的构建炎症性肠病患者连续性护理质量评价指标体系，为连续性护理质量评价提供依据。方法在Donabedian三维（结构、过程、结果）质量结构的基础上，采用文献综述、定性访谈、德尔菲法、层次分析法等方法确定炎症性肠病患者连续性护理质量评价指标的内容及权重。结果共15位专家完成了2轮咨询，问卷回收率为100%，专家权威系数分别为0.930和0.919，Kendall和谐系数分别为0.149和0.177（均为P<0.05）。
