Abstract

3D Sensing Matrixes

Three-dimensional hydrogels integrating sensors support co-culture of tumor and stromal cells, replicating their metabolic interactions. This hybrid matrix, using live cell imaging and computational analysis, enables non-invasive single-cell metabolism monitoring and drug testing, advancing drug screening and personalized medicine. More details can be found in article 2401138 by Loretta L. del Mercato and co-workers.
